Setting the goals for a new digital platform for a real-estate client. Led the execution of a 18 month software development and initiative, through which all of the customs' business was migrated from legacy solutions to the new operating platform.
We helped coordinate the daily activities of a 9 person design and development team through the role of a scrum master. This work enabled a successful MVP launch in just five months, as well as releasing a corporate-wide version within a year.
Designing navigational features for an application used in conjunction with the car requires elaborate understanding of the technological constrains as well as the users' needs. We helped ensure a better user experience through comprehensive dialogue between technical experts and our design team.
